This Fantastic, Friendly, Family Owned RV Park has All the things Our Local Community Needs...RV Park w/cable & WiFi, Kids playground, Dog parks Grocery Store, Pizza, Sub Sandwiches & more. Ice Cream Machine & Multi choice toppings, ATM that works, 24hr Laundry facility. Ice Machine, Lottery tickets & Scratch tickets, Beer and wine too. We have been on the Texas coast for the last , almost 8 years so coming to west Texas was / is quiet an adjustment. BUT this rv park has been AWESOME! The owners are the sweetest, always on top of any problem and they keep the park kept up.
Although we don’t have palm trees and the beach anymore 😜 WE DO HAVE amazing owners, clean park and now a new convenient store. Can’t really tell you everything in there because every time I go down there , they literally have a ton of new stuff! Our 11 year old has always been homeschooled so we have always had to make sure we get a place with good internet or get our own. And here, they give you your own modem and it’s been great! We haven’t had any problems.
And they have a park!❤️

This is the best RV park in Midland, HANDS DOWN! Very quiet, clean and friendly. Secure access after hours gives terrific piece of mind. Owners and staff are very helpful and easy to work with. Cable and WIFI modem are included at no extra cost. If you want a beautiful, secure place to stay long term THIS IS IT!!

These folks are the greatest. I was hospitalized with covid and these folks were amazing, just don't see this kind of service anymore. They filled my lp bottles,, when I asked, no hesitation, myself not present. Thanks guys, the damage from no heat would have been extensive. Thank you, great service.

Convenient, quiet location. Very friendly and responsive staff. Quick and easy online reservations. Pet friendly area. Wifi was decent with very few buffering instances and other amenities were up to standard. Would recommend.

This is probably one of the friendliest and most helpful RV parks we have stayed at. The owners are great and knowledgeable. During the ice storm in February, the owners were out everyday helping those that needed it and checking in on everyone.
